"‘Instrumental Music Vol. 1’ is the first commercially released collection of solo works by Stephen Kerrison. Over the last decade he has been a member of Zun Zun Egui, Safetyword and ANTA, as well as being a live member of Bronnt Industries Kapital, Andrew Hung (Fuck Buttons), plus many other projects, groups and collaborations.

This collection is culled from four now out of print solo EPs released between 2016 and 2018. Using guitar as his primary (and often only) instrument, he utilises folk lament, atmospheric soundscape, sculpted noise and field recordings to create music that’s equal parts evocative, beautiful, desolate and dramatic."
