This EP comprises of music composed for a short film about the creation of four embroidered portraits for Bolton Museum by artist Sorrell Kerrison.

The musical pieces are all thematically linked, some obviously so through repeated motifs, note patterns and rhythms, some less so through site-specific field recordings and similarly oblique connections.
