These songs were recorded as part of the sessions for my forthcoming album entitled 'Mater', but much as I liked the tracks on their own, I felt they didn't fit within the context of the album.

If you saw me play live in 2019 I would have most likely finished the set with 'Bleak December Hills', which was written by Mike Seed. Mike has been a continuous musical inspiration to me for over twenty years now, and I implore you to seek out as much of his vast, varied body of work as you possibly can. You'll have to hunt for the majority of it, but believe me when I say your efforts will be richly rewarded.
